Hokay, this news is just breaking. A news conference is to be held at 10AM to announce Michael Chertoff as the new DHS nominee, after the Kerik debacle. We may have been better off with Bernie.

Update, 10:55AM - here's an interesting one...apparently, Judge Chertoff represented a guy who had connections to one Mr. O. bin-Laden, and squelched an investigation into terrorist money laundering pre-9/11...
