All Your Communications Are Belong to Us

Michael Powell has just announced (not officially yet) that he's quitting the FCC today. So as much as a nightmare as he's been the last 4 years, who do you think will replace him? Remember, information control and consolidation are going to be key to keeping members of the Bush Crime family in power.

Maybe he'll throw a bone to the American Taliban and offer the job to Mr. Dobson. After all, we all know the dangers of the "homosexual agenda" being spread through cartoon characters. Sheesh.

Armstrong Williams needs a new job, maybe he'll get lucky. He has proven himself to be quite the advocate (for money) for the administration.

One thing we can be sure of, whoever Bush picks will only have the administrations and corporate interests in mind when new rules and regulations are enacted or when it comes time to "monitor" content.
