How Was the Inauguration?

I've been looking for images of the protests that took place yesterday. There should have been images everywhere. There were a few here and there, but none that I found showed the scope of the crowds. The published photos all looked like a few to a few hundred protesters showed up. Really disappointing.

Brad of the BradBlog has managed to put together a nice photo essay. Guess what? From the looks of those images there were thousands if not tens of thousands of protesters. Will we ever know how many people showed up and spoke out? Probably not, it's not in the "best interests" of the MSM or the power elite to enlighten the masses at this point. It's up to us to spread the word. Brad's made it easy to "be the media" with an "email this article" link. So go take a look at the photos and spread the word.

Update: Adding a couple of inaugural related rant links. Patty Davis weighs in with Draft No. 9. Greg Palast talks about the Oaf of Office. And what the hell happened? Peggy Noonan was freaked out by Bush's inaugural address.
