Dead Marine's kin plead for e-mail
The family of a Marine killed in Iraq is pleading with Internet giant Yahoo! for access to his e-mail account, which the company says is off-limits under its privacy policy.

While I sympathize with the family for their loss, I absolutely concur with Yahoo!'s policy. I urge Yahoo!'s management to stick to their guns in the face of what will certainly be overwhelming negative reaction from both progressives and neocons who don't understand the larger implications of the request.
