Compared to Digby and Billmon, I'm a hack writer (even though I've taken the requisite "AP style" courses).
Since Billmon isn't really longforming anymore, even when he pops his head out of his hole, go read Hullabaloo. And much gratefulness to Kate for pointing me in that direction - Digby is usually one of my daily stops, but for some reason I didn't get over to Hullabaloo yesterday.
